    GENERAL RULES

     

    Entry fee is £1.00 for each vehicle entered, and your completed entry form(s) should be returned to the organisers: Nottingham Branch by 12.00 noon. If you enter more than one vehicle, a charge of £1 per vehicle will be levied. Additional vehicles will need a separate number

    Reliants can be towed or trailered onto the field, but must be driveable, have a valid MOT certificate, and should be driven into the arena to be eligible for any car event.

     

    All judging will take into consideration the age of the vehicle, and its useage.

    An average mark will be awarded in each category to a vehicle that is in average condition for a vehicle of that age,

    Points will be deducted for worse than average, and added for better than average – for age of vehicle

    RESCUED RELIANTS

    Vehicles in this category can only be entered once, and only in it first appearance at the National Rally, after this it is no longer classed as rescued.  Therefore, it must be entered into its appropriate vehicular category.

    RESTORED RELIANTS

    Entries to this category MUST have photographic evidence that their vehicle has undergone work to prove that it has been restored and not just repaired. It cannot be entered without it.

    Vehicles can only be entered once and not in stages of restoration.

    No one will be allowed within the judging area while judging is taking place, unless requested by the judges.

    Vehicles should be assembled as directed by the marshals.

    CONCOURSE CLASS. This is the vehicle that the judges between them will decide which vehicle is the best on the day. It may not be the winner in its own group. Only one vehicle will be chosen.

     

    The judges’ decision is final. Please do not approach the judges while they are judging.

     

    All entrants must be fully paid up members of the Reliant Owners Club before the event. Prizes and trophies can only be awarded to the said members.

     

    If drivers do not wish to leave their keys with their vehicle, they should make sure they are available when called to start the engine, and open the boot/bonnet etc. Make sure tools etc. are easily accessible for inspection.

     LEAVING THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION WILL BE INTERPRETED AS GIVING CONSENT

    TO THE JUDGES USING THEM AND STARTING THE ENGINE ETC.

    You may lose points if the judges cannot gain entry to you vehicle.
